Website terms

Terms for using the Plume website.

These terms apply to the Plume website. Separate app terms will apply when Plume is publicly released.

Last updated August 26, 2026

Educational use

The website explains hair progress tracking methods and the Plume experience. Its content is general education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.

No treatment decisions

Do not use this site to start, stop, change, or judge the safety or effectiveness of a medication. A photo record can support a conversation, but treatment decisions belong with a qualified clinician.

App availability

Screens, capabilities, pricing, and release timing may change before the public App Store listing is live. A feature described on this site is not a guarantee of availability until it appears in the released app.

Site content

Plume owns the original site copy, design, and brand assets unless a source is credited. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not present Plume content or sample records as your own clinical evidence.

Changes

These website terms may be updated as launch approaches. A changed version will show a new updated date on this page.
